Upload the vendor’s PDF, photo or spreadsheet when you place the order. Invoe reads the products, quantities and costs so your team can review them while the stock is on its way.
Count once, where the boxes are.
Receive at a desk or with the Shopify POS tile on the floor. Check what arrived against the prepared order. The rest of the team sees the same count and remaining balance.
A partial delivery stays on the same order.
Record what came in and leave the rest open for next time. Prepared product information and received quantities are ready for your team’s review before publication to Shopify.

Do we need extra receiving hardware?
Receive through the Invoe tile in Shopify POS, using the scanning options supported by your POS device, or receive at a desk in Invoe.
Can we receive part of an order?
Yes. Record the quantities that arrived. The outstanding items stay open on the same purchase order with its receiving history.
Does receiving publish products automatically?
Your team reviews the prepared products and chooses when to publish to Shopify. Receiving records the physical count; publication is a separate decision.
