Can Invoe help prepare my catalog for Google Shopping and shopping agents?
Yes. Invoe helps prepare the product names, descriptions, images, variants and prices you publish to Shopify. Those details help customers and shopping services understand what you sell. Google Shopping and Shopify’s agentic storefronts have their own setup, eligibility and product requirements. Invoe prepares the catalog; you manage those channels in Shopify.
Can we keep buying from our usual brands and reps?
Yes. Bring the order you already have as a PDF, photo or spreadsheet. The Send PO Chrome extension also captures orders from wholesale pages for review in Invoe.
What happens if a detail is missing or reads incorrectly?
The order is reviewable before saving. Your team can correct a quantity, cost or variant and fill in a missing detail without rebuilding the rest of the order.
What about product photos and descriptions?
Keep images, descriptions, prices and variants with the order. Prepare the catalog while the stock is on its way, then review those products before publishing to Shopify.
Can our floor team receive too?
Yes. Receive at a desk in Invoe or through the Shopify POS tile. The count and remaining balance stay on the same order for the rest of your team to see.
Can we keep track of vendor details and issues?
Vendor contacts, terms and order history stay connected to the work on every plan, including the trial. Paid plans also include claims tracking for vendor follow-up.
