ReportingStep 4 of 4

Know what is comingbefore you buy again.

See what you bought, what arrived, what is still coming, and what it really cost, across every vendor and every order. The numbers that used to live in your head and a spreadsheet, in one place you can actually read.

The incoming picture

Money committed, and the month it lands.

Forecasting tools report on the products you already sell. Nobody reports on the flood of new product moving toward your floor, so open orders, late shipments, and true landed cost stay invisible until they bite.

Invoe On order report grouped by location, with late, expected-month and total columns
The on-order report brings expected arrivals and outstanding commitments together by location and month.
  1. 01

Group it the way you think

By vendor, by location, or by the month the stock is expected.

  2. 02

    Find what is late

Orders past their window separate out, with the value sitting against them.

  3. 03

Take it into the next order

Walk into the appointment knowing what is already on its way.

The number you cannot get anywhere else

On order is not on hand.

Shopify knows what is in the building. Your open orders live in email, in a spreadsheet, and in your head. Reporting puts the committed money where you can see it before you commit more.

  • Open orders and incoming value by vendor
  • Receiving history and shortages
  • True landed cost, including shipping and fees
  • Export to CSV for your books
Keep vendor terms with the relationship

Reading the numbers

The practical questions.

How is this different from Shopify reports or a forecasting tool?

Those report on what you already sell. Invoe reports on incoming inventory: what you ordered, what arrived, what is late, and what it cost to land. That is the part nobody else covers.

Can I get the data out?

Yes. Reports export to CSV so the numbers go straight into your books or spreadsheet.
