## The problem it solves

Shopify has no good way to manage incoming inventory for multi-vendor retailers. After buying at market, retailers wait 3-6 months for shipments with no central place to track what's coming, verify what arrives, or catch discrepancies. Vendors quote one price and invoice another. Shipments arrive short. Shipping and credit card fees eat margins. Products hit Shopify with bad data.

## What it does

- Purchase Order Capture: Upload a PDF, photo, or CSV of any purchase order. Invoe reads it and extracts vendor, products, SKUs, quantities, prices, and details automatically.
- Shipment Tracking: Dashboard shows all incoming inventory, expected dates, and late delivery alerts.
- Receiving Verification: Check in shipments item-by-item on a tablet or at the register with the Shopify POS tile. Flags short shipments, price discrepancies, and damage.
- True Landed Cost: Calculates real product cost including shipping fees, credit card fees, and vendor price changes.
- Shopify Publishing: Invoe drafts product descriptions and SEO, then publishes directly to Shopify with correct tags, pricing, and inventory — you review and push the button.
- Barcode Labels: Print barcode labels for incoming products from the PO, orders, or catalog.
- Team Collaboration: Multi-user with owner, admin, and member roles. Buyers upload from market, receiving team verifies on-site.
